Information for Patients

In order to make sure your experience is a good one, we've put together some of the important information about how things work at our practice.

What to expect from us

Office visits:

Most of our office visits are 30 minutes; we do not want to rush your care.  We rarely run behind; we know your time is important too.

Prescription Refills:

You can request refills in person, by phone or by email (be aware emails are not secure).  We normally take care of prescription refills the same day, but please allow up to 2 business days for them to be done.  We will notify you when your prescription is ready or has been sent to the pharmacy.

Response Time:

Phone messages: we will call you back the same day, as soon as we are able.

Emails: please allow up to one business day for a response. 

After-hours: You may need to leave a message on Dr. Dibble's cell if he is unable to immediately answer the phone.  He will call you back as soon as possible--usually within one hour.  (Texting will not get a faster response.)  If you have a medical emergency that can not wait this long, you should go to the emergency room or call 911.  If you don't have Dr. Dibble's cell phone number, call the main number (281-259-7400) for instructions.

What we expect from you

Office visits:

Please be prompt; we ask our patients to show up 10 minutes before their appointment times to give adequate time for check-in.  We rarely run behind.  If you are a new patient, please bring a picture ID.  We do not need any proof of insurance.

Payment:

Be sure to bring a form of payment to your office visits (cash, check, or credit card); we expect payment at the time of service.

Medications:

If you are on any medications, please bring a written list of them to each office visit (even if you have come before).  It is extremely important for us to verify your medications, and we do this every time you come in.
